For day-to-day property maintenance we issue a category rating to each job we receive at our call centre based on the information given by the client. Working to your deadlines on same day, next day, 5 day, and 28 day priorities. Larger property maintenance, repair and refurbishment projects will be initially attended by one of our qualified surveyors to establish specifications and cost estimates and then the schedule of work may be agreed.
